Why Responsible Human Resource Management
This graduate concentration is intended for students who want to prepare for a business career in the field of Human Resource Management or Corporate Social Responsibility.
The program is designed for students with a bachelor’s degree in any field and offers fast-track terms that last just 8-weeks. The Responsible Human Resource Management graduate concentration is offered through main campus and admits for all semesters and all terms. The certificate can be completed on its own or as part of the Master of Business Administration degree program.
The Responsible Human Resource Management graduate concentration offers an opportunity for students to leverage their knowledge and experience in any background and combine it with Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility concepts.
All faculty in this degree program have a PhD and routinely publish their research in some of the top academic journals for business. In addition, many act as consultants, have their own company, or have decades of real world experience.
